about
I started down my own path of healing at age 17, when I stepped into a yoga class at the gym around the corner.
After finishing my BS in psychology, I set off to blaze a trail of my own - to work with humans and see how I could help them find peace by accessing healing for their body and mind, and take care of their heart and internal world.
I started with my first 600 hour yoga teacher training, and have taken several teacher trainings since, specializing in Anusara yoga, injury management and postural rehabilitation.
I continued with massage school in 2013 and afterwards apprenticed for six months with a structural integration and deep tissues specialist.
My 13 year journey in Salt Lake City Utah included:
Owning a yoga studio
Becoming E-RYT 500 certified to teach yoga teachers
1,000s of hours of deep tissue massage on rock climbers, cyclists, runners, and all types of human bodies
I have created a knowledge basis that can help you wherever you find your struggle, both physical and emotional. I hope to help open up doors for you to access your own greatest healing and build a life that resonates with you.
I now live in Moab, Utah where I ride and race my mountain, road, gravel and cyclocross bikes and own a bike shop, Moab Bike Fiend, with my husband, Michael; our two pups; and one sassy cat.
I am currently enrolled in a Masters program for Marriage and Family Therapy.
